Jay's Clean-Up has achieved the impossible. In business there is a saying. Of the three choices, (quick, fast or done right) you get to pick one. Jay-s Clean-Up has made all of these choices happen. Jay contacted us right away once we made our initial inquiry, came up with an extremely fair price and stuck to it. He showed up on time, to the minute, and did his job in a professional manner. He made sure to check the area when he was done and asked us about some items that we had forgotten about. He came to the job fully prepared to work and complete the job. Our place was left spotless and we would recommend him to anyone.

Took some extra stuff beyond what I had initially described and what he quoted a price for. Price wasn't great, but he was willing to do it, and from two differences addresses no less, which made our house move a LOT easier.

They were very professional and got the sectional sofa bed out of the house. It was not an easy task since the house is 150 years old and has narrow doors and hallways. Would recommend him to anyone.

We will sometimes discount the cost of the job if the load we are removing has some sort of actual value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a convenient time to meet and look at the scope of work to be done. We take notes and then get back with quote. If everyone is agreed we set up a covenient to perform the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am continually doing research on how I can improve myself and the business.
