We hired Personal Touch Cuisine as private chefs during our weekend in Salem, MA to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette party, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations!!! From start to finish, the experience was incredible! They customized the entire menu around my sister’s favorite foods, and every dish was cooked to perfection. We started with delicious bruschetta and a fresh pesto flatbread for appetizers. For the main course, they served beautifully cooked filet mignon with roasted potatoes and asparagus. Everything was perfectly seasoned and plated & our filets were the most beautiful medium rare. We ended the night with the most amazing tiramisu which was the perfect finishing touch. Not only was the food outstanding, but Judine and Wick were warm, professional, and made the evening feel truly special. If you’re looking for a private chef experience that feels personal, thoughtful, and absolutely delicious, I can’t recommend them enough!

We hired Personal Touch Cuisine for a small brunch for my sisters bachelorette. Let me tell you-the food was delicious. The team was professional. And the drinks were divine. We were at an AirBnB that wasn’t exactly easy to get to and they arrived EARLY to get cooking. It was so good and I’d recommend to anyone.

Judine was amazing, from our first contact through the end of our event. She is warm, personable, professional, and outstanding at everything she did. We were celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. Judine and her crew set a stunningly beautiful table, presented food that was beautiful to look at and delicious. She was patient with us when we were deciding the menu, and she did all the little extra things to make our evening perfect. Mom had the best time, she was gushing afterward. We were debating whether to take 13 of us to a restaurant or to go with the personal chef experience. By my math it cost about the same as if we had gone to a nice restaurant, but we were able to really enjoy our evening, and for a much longer period of time than if we had gone out to eat. I highly recommend Judine.

Judine made us the most beautiful meal! She and her partner were punctual, professional, and brought their dinnerware and pans, so we did not have to worry about clean-up. Well worth it. I am will definitely use her services again without hesitation.
