We recently purchased a whole house water softening system from Clear Water Pump and Well Service. From start to finish, the process was seamless. I requested a quote online and received a prompt call back from one of the owners who explained the process and answered all my questions. Hr sent a quote before the end of the day. Their quote was competitive. They were able to schedule the installation within the week. On the day of installation, the technicians kept me informed of their arrival time and they arrived on time. The work was completed efficiently. The technician was an effective and knowledgeable communicator and explained everything that I needed to know. And, he answered all my questions. They removed all installation materials and left the area immaculate. I highly recommend Clear Water. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Well pump broke on a Sunday morning, called Clean Water and they had it fixed by noon. Spoke to both owners, Dave & Paul, they were both informative and helpful. Service guys Tim & Johnny, were also excellent, professional and knowledgeable.Would highly recommend them and use again.

I was a long time customer of another well company and when I told them my pump was broken and had no water to my home they told me to change the filter and refused to come take a look at it. I was dumb founded and remembered seeing a Clear Water truck in my neighborhood several days prior. When I called them and explained my situation they simply could not have been kinder and more responsive. Leisa, who answered my call, immediately got in touch with the owner Paul. He clearly explained my options and even though they were busy, he had his men out to my home THE NEXT MORNING! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional - diagnosed my problem and had a new pump installed within a couple of hours. I am an owner of a small business and I pride myself on doing whatever I can to take care of my customers and I have to say that Clear Water Pump and Well are exactly that same type of company! I wish I had found this company years ago. If you don't call Clear Water Pump and Well Service to handle your needs then you are making a big mistake! We like to start with a quick phone call to learn how we can help. For water filtration we forward a water test that is sent postage paid to an independent lab for analysis. We then contact you with recommended treatment, if necessary.
