I was a long time customer of another well company and when I told them my pump was broken and had no water to my home they told me to change the filter and refused to come take a look at it. I was dumb founded and remembered seeing a Clear Water truck in my neighborhood several days prior. When I called them and explained my situation they simply could not have been kinder and more responsive. Leisa, who answered my call, immediately got in touch with the owner Paul. He clearly explained my options and even though they were busy, he had his men out to my home THE NEXT MORNING! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional - diagnosed my problem and had a new pump installed within a couple of hours. I am an owner of a small business and I pride myself on doing whatever I can to take care of my customers and I have to say that Clear Water Pump and Well are exactly that same type of company! I wish I had found this company years ago. If you don't call Clear Water Pump and Well Service to handle your needs then you are making a big mistake! Waking up to no water on December 24th,2023 (Christmas Eve Day) worse timing possible. Realizing many water & well businesses would be closed due to the significant meaning of the day along with plans with friends and family, the thought of getting back up and running would be a test for one's patience and understanding. However, the folks at Clearwater Well & Service not only answered their phones but spent considerable time on the phone with us (troubleshooting). Realizing our pump fully retired itself, Clearwater sent Tim (the caped crusader) to our home and saved Christmas for us with his CAN-DO service just a few hours after our initial call. Amazing!Thank you truly is not a big enough word for Clearwater Well & Pump.Grateful,Laura and Tom Carver, MA
