Ricky is the most knowledgable trainer I have ever worked with. He really knows how to customize the workouts to meet my goals, and my strength has already doubled for many of our exercises!! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get stronger, build muscle, or get more toned. I haven't had any joint pain since we started working together. My back and shoulders usually give me trouble after intense exercise, but I haven't had any pain since I started personal training with Ricky!

I had a wonderful experience training with Richard! From the very first seconds you can tell that he is very professional and experienced trainer who knows what he is doing. He helped me to get toned and stronger after my pregnancy. Great exercises program that worked out very well for me. Richard sent me the notes/track of exercises after our workouts which was very helpful. Smart, friendly man with a great personality and sense of humor.
