Zach performed several jobs for me recently. The first project was the repair of a floor near a radiator. It was discovered that the radiator had leaked and caused the floor to rot. Floor was repaired and we were able to complete installing our carpet. Well done. Next on the list of projects was the installation of wainscoting in our dining room. He found and suggested “storybook” style wainscoting. His work in the area was excellent and included new baseboard also. Next on the list was the repair of several rotten areas of plywood on our garage. Zach worked diligently and in a very few days our garage was looking like new. He also installed a bi-fold door and medicine cabinet. Zach’s communication was excellent throughout the process. He always kept us informed and went out his way to make sure we knew what he was doing. From the initial appointment to everyday work Zach was always on time and arrived each day as promised. In my opinion you can not go wrong when you hire Zach for whatever project you have around your home.

Zkp put $50/hr rate on Thumback, but actually charge $200 min. He does not tell you the fee until coming to your house. In addition, he does not fo a good job. Do not hire him.

Yuqi had me rip out old black mold particle board from under his kitchen sink that was leaking and I replaced it with osb plywood. (Which doesn't hold moisture as much.) I went above and beyond to try to make him happy. I had told him he needs I new cabinet before starting. Yes for a 50 minute drive a charge a minimum of $200. I did a job for him before so I thought he new this. He is now mad that I won't drive 50 minutes down to his house to paint it for free. Telling me the job isn't done. I had explained to him that that type of plywood doesn't need to be painted. I had supplied the osb board free for him. I had also gone to the store and bought him bleach because it needs it bad. I dont understand why he gave me 1 star.
