Poor response and wastes the time of people when in need of professional work in providing a false informations. I received a first response with hourly charge for the one room design. At first, I sent the new furnished room pictures and apartment measurements (house plan) to get ideas. Further, it’s just a living room work i opted. The thumbtack user, Lina Khatib interiors inc mentioned a start message of price $80 per hour and will make an appointment on second day. Everything has set and fixed, In between after a day, Lina khatib bringing new prices to the project with an upward comments. What and how poorly insulting the professional work of these people just creates madness in our timeline. Dear johti Any consultation I make is at least minumn of 3 hours baesd on $80 per hour. As for selecting furnishings and sccessiures my fee will be $560. Sorry that you misunderstood my quotation. In between you gave me this review and we still did not even meet or work together . Thank you for all the respectful comments you made . Wish you luck in your project .

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Average design charge per room is $ 1450. That includes designing the room, drawing the design ideas per scale, selecting the furnishings for the room like accessories, lighting, flooring, tops, hardware, furnitures , rugs......
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Listening to clients need first. I measure the room required, take pictures of it, draw the floor plan of it per scale and 3 dimantional drawings to show the design ideas, select all furnishings needed for the room, do a design presentation at client s home. Upon that I work on estimating the execution of the job and start executing after that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?You know? traveling is a key to stay updated! you will get in touch with the outside world, you experience not only new forms and styles in different country but a whole culture. You will have the opprotunity by touching, seeing, smelling and hearing....I travel at least once per year to stay updated.
