I absolutely love working out with Eric at Pure Performance. In fact, I have followed Eric to three different gyms and will continue to follow him. He is knowledgeable, patient, hard-working, and he has helped me gain strength, muscle, and flexibility after a back injury. It’s also fun to watch him with younger grade and high school athletes. He trains them with such care and commitment and you can see how these kids improve quickly. I have recommended Eric to other adults who started working with Eric and have become regulars.
