Great experience overall. The installation ended up being more complicated than expected because the local shutoff valve wasn't working, which required coordinating a temporary building water shutoff with the property manager. He came back for a second visit to complete the job, installed my new TOTO toilet and Washlet bidet seat, picked up the additional installation materials needed, and even helped carry the old toilet downstairs. Everything was installed properly and working perfectly. I also appreciated that he kept me updated when running behind schedule and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The final result looks great, and I would definitely recommend him for plumbing work.
