Jonathan was all we could ask for in an inspector. He was there 45 mins before our appt looking over the property and taking notes. So when we got there he was ready to jump right into what he had found on the outside of the property. When we got to the inside of the house he was very thorough. He checked every nook, cranny and crawl space. We will definitely be using Jonathan again if we have to. I 100% reccomend him if you are looking to purchase a home but need a great inspection done first!

Jonathan was profesional. During the Home Inspection he took the time to point out the things that needed to be addressed and he made sure to answer all my questions. The home inspection report was very easy to understand. It provided recommendations for the things that needed to be repaired and alerts for things/ damages which are of high concern and needs to fixed ASAP.

Jon was amazing! He came before time and actually did the leg work and exterior inspection even before we arrived. Jon was great. Very easy to work with for scheduling and overall communication. Jon arrived early to complete exterior assessment and provided a very thorough inspection of the property. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive and based on the square footage of the house to be inspected. Radon test are an additional $100. Senior discounts are offered as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts me and provides information about the property and asks my availability. I respond quickly with a quote, my availability, and answer any other questions the client has. An inspection is scheduled, performed(usually around 2 hours), and payment is made at the inspection in the form of cash or check. I deliver the report via email within 24 hours and answer any follow up questions the client may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a diploma from Certified Associate Inspectors. I also have a background in carpentry and construction.
