What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I give my phone number rather than my email address because i think a phone conversation is more revealing. As a customer, I wouldn't hire a tutor unwilling to speak on the phone.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Kindness and a sense of humor make an enormous difference in the willingness of students to open themselves up to the learning experience.
