Honestly I wish I could give Richard 10 stars. Our VERY old heating system was giving us trouble, and Rich was able to squeeze us in within an hour of reaching out. He was super helpful and informative, very clear about what needed to be done to solve our immediate problems, and outlined future solutions in a way that didn’t feel like he was trying to sell you anything. He’s genuinely nice, communicative, and his work is high quality. He’ll be our go to guy moving forward!

I can’t thank Richard enough for his help with our boiler issue. Unlike two other companies that immediately suggested a complete boiler replacement with a hefty price tag, Richard took the time to properly diagnose the problem, quickly finding the exact issue and saving us from unnecessary costs. If I could give 6 stars I would. Richard is honest and gets straight to the point - no frills or pushiness. He recognized the water in my basement as a plumbing issue that was relatively easily and inexpensively rectified. The week prior I had a larger company come out and after a quick look around, they quoted me multiple thousands of dollars and said I would need 3 sump pumps to fix the water in the basement. They missed what now seems like a fairly obvious water leakage line in the drywall near the wettest area. Since Richard’s visit the basement is drying up and I’m so thankful for his guidance. He is highly knowledgeable and trustworthy and I plan to turn to him for any future needs.
