- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quotes I send are fair and include everything (taxes, fees, etc.). I do not charge extra fee for long distance. I believe my prices are on the low end and I plan to keep them this way (despite the impact of COVID) because, as a customer, I know how much low prices are important to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking with my client to understand exactly what they wish to accomplish with the project. Add a few ideas of my own for their consideration but will proceed with the client's exact request as I am there to accommodate my client's needs and requests. Once the project is done I will review it with my client and if they would like me to make any changes related to the project, I will happily perform them at no additional cost as the client's satisfaction is my number one priority
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience working for software and hardware companies. In addition, I enjoy performing handyman projects (furniture assembly, Home theater installation, mounting TVs on walls, etc.) and have been for years now.
