Great experience with Adi. We were in the middle of a moving process, and his flexibility and work ethic were really an appreciated. We needed help to get our TV mount out from our old apartment, and he was able to squeeze in some time to do that, and to revise the installation - really appreciate it. He also helped with assembling furnitures, which turned out great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quotes I send are fair and include everything (taxes, fees, etc.). I do not charge extra fee for long distance. I believe my prices are on the low end and I plan to keep them this way (despite the impact of COVID) because, as a customer, I know how much low prices are important to my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking with my client to understand exactly what they wish to accomplish with the project. Add a few ideas of my own for their consideration but will proceed with the client's exact request as I am there to accommodate my client's needs and requests. Once the project is done I will review it with my client and if they would like me to make any changes related to the project, I will happily perform them at no additional cost as the client's satisfaction is my number one priority
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience working for software and hardware companies. In addition, I enjoy performing handyman projects (furniture assembly, Home theater installation, mounting TVs on walls, etc.) and have been for years now.
