10 year old computer when down on a Saturday with a hard drive error message. Went to Thumbtack to find a local repair expert and Michael's name came up. We communicated and I decided to hire him based on his quick response and knowledge of what I was experiencing and that fact that he could work on my computer either remotely or I could drop it off and that's what I did. While he diagnosed the problem I went looking for a new computer at Best Buy, BJ's and Staples but did not find a desktop that I liked for various reasons. Michael contacted me while I was out with the details of what he found and options specifically if I was going to buy a new computer. I took his advise and went to NEWEGG on a Sunday night and bought a new computer which was delivered on Tuesday with no shipping charges. Michael recovered and extracted all of my information uploaded it and then remotely downloaded it to the new computer. Could not be happier or more satisfied with Michael's response, knowledge and professionalism.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Michael's Computer Repair. He came right away and explained what had to be done and why. He didn't charge for traveling to my house. Should I have ever any computer problems I will hire this company again.

Michael wasn't able to repair my laptop I initially brought to him earlier in the year as it was very old and the central processing unit was not working and it wasn't worth repairing but he helped me with recommendations for my purchase of a new laptop and answered my questions about it every time I texted him and ended up helping me speed it up and give me more storage. he is very reasonable and has always been very accommodating and kept me in the loop about when I would have my computer back!
