- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we conduct a brief assessment of the space and the client's needs, which can be done through photos, videos, or a quick visit. We then send a personalized quote and, upon approval, schedule the service. On the day of the cleaning, we follow a comprehensive checklist to ensure all requested areas are serviced with quality and safety.
