I am a regional operations manager for a fortune 500 company.
I am not typically at the same site every day as my territory is just about all of the North East. We hired Total Security to install a access control system (which included a automatic truck gate) & upgrade and add to our existing CCTV system (security cameras).
Scott me and my team to walk the project and get a understanding with what our needs and requirements were. He was very detailed and explained to us what his company could do. Within a day or we met back up again and he explained the entire project in great detail and provided us with a proposal. We agreed this is what we wanted and contracted Total Security for the project. From the very start of the project to the last day of close out & training it was one of the smoothest and detail oriented projects we have ever been a part of as Scott kept us up to date on the progress with daily email updates.
We ended up adding top the project because we loved what we were seeing

We had Scott from total security come by and give us a estimate for a 4K 12 camera system, he was very fast at responding and got the proposal out the same day
We got 3 other proposals his was by far the best and exactly what we were looking for.
We are a construction company and had various areas of concern in our yard and inside the shop, the system came out awesome and the images are amazing, Scott and his team were in and out with no disruption to our operations at all, we are now going to install and access control/gate system next month with Total Security very highly recommend
