I was on a serious time crunch getting my new business ready to open, with so many moving pieces and a deadline that was quickly approaching. Joshua and his crew worked hard to get everything completed for me, even before my deadline! As a business owner trying to pull everything together for opening day, having a team I could count on meant more than I can express. They took such a big weight off my shoulders during an incredibly stressful time.
They were professional, prompt, quick, and efficient, while still delivering the high-quality work you hope for when investing in your space. There is so much to appreciate about people who take pride in what they do and follow through for their customers, and that was absolutely my experience with Bath Masters.
Joshua and crew, thank you so much for your hard work and for helping me get my new business ready to welcome customers. I’m truly grateful!
If you’re considering new sinks, vanities, or any bathroom updates, I would wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Bath Masters. They earned every bit of this five-star review, and I would happily hire them again!

Our bathtub was in very poor condition, with both a mold and plumbing problem. On top of that, my elderly mother needed a walk-in shower with a sturdy seat and grab bars for safety. Josh carefully explained each step of the process and guided me through exactly how we could achieve the shower we wanted.
The entire project was completed in a little over two weeks, and the results exceeded my expectations. Josh’s subcontractor showed an exceptional work ethic, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Most importantly, my mother now feels safe and comfortable when showering — something that gives us real peace of mind.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Bath Masters New England if you’re looking for a shower that delivers exactly what you need, with outstanding service and results.
I have included before and after shots of our baththtub in order to highlight the outstanding work that was performed.
