EP Communications is one of the best vendors I have the pleasure of doing business with. They are responsive, knowledgeable, communicative and remarkably punctual. As a Communications Manager with multiple sites, I need to know the issue will be taken care of the first time every time. One call to EP and whether its an install, new service, repair work or simple MAC work, EP has the professional, courteous staff to handle it either on site or remotely.

Pay attention to after the sale requirements and costs. Some providers low ball their bids to get the sale then tack on amendments and additional equipment/licenses to complete the job correctly.
