We had an under sink water filter installed last January. In mid March the seal of the bolt, which was incorrectly sized, burst and our kitchen flooded through to the basement. Robert responded on Thumbtack immediately and came out the next day. He restarted the furnace (which I had accidentally shut off by closing off the gas line, thinking it was the water), bought the right sized bolt for the filter, and over the next week completely redid our basement ceiling at an affordable rate. Robert literally saved our (red) tails. May God bless him and his family
