Honestly, I'd choose all of the above items if I could. We had a water leak that soaked some of the carpet pad in our master bedroom near the door to the master bathroom. I've been dealing with mitigation, insurance, and contractors (trying to get quotes for work), and I didn't think anyone would be willing to repair the carpet pad. I know contractors wouldn't or so the mitigation guy told me. Anyway, I was dreading looking for someone to repair it and trying to gird myself for getting all-new carpet (this carpet is less than 5 years old). Tony came the same day I contacted him and had the pad installed and carpet stretched and tacked down in about an hour. I'm relieved. Now if I can only find someone like him to remodel the bathroom ....
