Josh’s team was great!! My central ac died (25 years old) they came out and did the assessment and came a few days later - They arrived first thing in the morning- Nice to see young guys that are polite and great workers - They explained everything they were doing - They finished the job in a day and I got relief from the heat wave - I will definitely use Excel again if I need to and recommend to anyone - You can’t go wrong with this company top notch I am glad I found them

The work isn't done but the service rep was very helpful to get me an appointment with a very hectic schedule that I have... will give a review if once hired

Ivan from Excel Mechanical did our hot water heater removal and new installation today. He was a pleasure to work with and did excellent work. Answered questions fully and tracked down an extended warranty the hot water heater supplier offered. I have recommended him and Excel Mechanical to other the homeowners in our three-unit building. We would not hesitate to call on Excel Mechanical and Ivan in the future.

I must say that I am anazed at the service done! Ivan was probably the fastest and best Plumber we ever had. We have an old house and Ivan recommended very helpful suggestions to get us where we should be. Not only that, after loading up his truck, he returned to check if he come work on another valve, in which it was connected to the Water Main that the City Water department will have to step in. I hope he is sent back in the future. Thank you City of Boston
