Immediate response, knowledgeable, computer repaired and returned earlier than expected. I was so impressed that I handed over 3 more computers for him to repair. I am more than satisfied and find Garrett to be a "keeper" for all my computer repairs. I highly recommend this professional.

Mr. Piper priced, which was reasonable, the replacement of the broken screen on my granddaughter's computer, then expeditiously made the replacement. In the future, I'll only go to him to repair my and my family's computers. Job well done!

Garrett completely explained what he would and did do. He did his service at a very reasonable price. My computer was picked up at my home, on the weekend, and returned the following day. Garrett also was available for follow up question, via phone and messages.

Garrett finished the project within a day. He fixed my issue unlike other computer services i had previously. He not only he fixed my computer issue but also he added additional software according to my needs.

my computer crashed on me,,viruses,,,,, i had it cleaned out twice, each time I was pretty ticked as all viruses came back, and was worse then before,, Garett did an amazing job, he installed the programs as well as a very good protector,, he picked up the computer, and returned it back to me within 48 hours,,, computer has never worked better,,, Also, I wrote him a check,,, it bounced,,, I was in the middle of changing banks,,,and he was so nice about the issue, and I took care of the issue,,, he is very nice and professional, i would recommend him highly, very reasonably priced
