- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the specific needs and expectations of the customer. The complexity of project and distance from home base will influence cost and therefore price. I am always willing to meet customers in person, free of charge, to meet and view projects before customers choose a contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When bidding a project I encourage people to reach out by phone or text. We may have questions for one another. If the job is large enough to warrant a site visit we can schedule as soon as possible. After meeting we can have a clear understanding of project specifics and decide when and how to move forward.
