- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary depending on type of pest. For example wildlife such as squirrels usually requires an on site inspection to determine the price and amount of work to be done. As far as general pests such as mice, ants,spiders,rats Etc. these can be priced directly over the phone. This goes for ticks and mosquitoes as well (may vary per acre)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new or past customers we deliver the same effective service and we treat all our customers with the utmost respect. We get the job done right and are there until the issue its resolved. We guarantee our work and will come back as much and necessary to rid our customers of the pests.
