- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is not a standard pricing system. Every project is unique in regards to the layout and grade of the properties. Also the quality of materials can have a impact on quoting a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers would call us for a quote, we set up a time to go out and measure their property, provide the quote. If all is accepted the typical turn around for a complete installation is 2 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 year carpentry experience. I have 20+ years experience in the fence business. High security and access control/gate automation certified
