- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is carefully priced and represented in your contract. There is no guessing on any of the numbers. Once you sign the contract the number on the paper is the number you pay for that work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we conduct a site visit to review the project. Second we provide a free estimate. Next if the client is happy with the estimate we turn it into a contract. Once the contract is signed we move on to the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are regularly in continuing education classes both private and from the state. We also have annual safety training. Lastly we continue to take manufacturers training for specific products.
