- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 5% senior discount and a 5 % military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin by speaking with the customer to evaluate and discuss the project to find out exactly what the customer is seeking. Then we visit the property and complete a free in home consultation (this can be done non-contact if preferred). This is where we explain the options and review the customers preferences. We provide samples, color pallets, and a written estimate detailing the job description, material to be used, warranty, and price... Finally, we complete the job to the customers satisfaction while always keeping the homeowner informed of our progress and sticking to schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 yrs. in the construction industry. I studied at Wentworth institute of technology and majored in construction management. I then continue studying at minuteman technical institute along with Middlesex community college. I have an unrestricted construction supervisors license and hold multiple certificates from manufacturers for product installation. I also have OSHA construction health and safety certificate. All of our employees have varying years of experience in the field, from three years to twelve years. Because they perform exterior renovations on a daily basis, they are professionals at solving any problem encountered on the job site. They are a great team and have developed a system to remain working efficiently together on each job.
