FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible with pricing and can give an invoice if pricing doesn't make sense to a client. this way everything is broken down and itemized to allow the client to see where their money is going.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to have the customer contact me with their issue or request, outlining what they would like for the end result of their project. then we will go about selecting the material we want to use for the job and I would quote them a price of what installation would cost, then if the client is happy with the quote we would go through with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an apprentice electrician who does small side jobs with in my capabilities (most which don't require a permit) and help troubleshoot/fix existing electrical work. If you have a bigger job which would require a permit there are ways to go about that if necessary. we also do small jobs like hanging vanity's, TV's, shelfs, etc. LVP flooring and such other handyman work is also with in our reach however every job is different so its best to reach out and have us take a look or discuss your job to get full pricing and full disclosure on the work required to complete your job!
