We also offer discounts for recurring services and can adjust pricing based on the size of your home, level of cleaning required, and frequency of visits. There are no hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront so you know exactly what to expect
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and customer-focused. We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs, the size of your home, and the type of cleaning you’re looking for. If needed, we can schedule a walkthrough or ask for photos to provide an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the details, we set up a convenient time for your first cleaning. On the day of service, we arrive fully equipped and ready to deliver a thorough, high-quality clean based on your preferences. After the cleaning, we follow up to make sure you’re satisfied and make any adjustments for future visits. We aim to build long-term relationships, so we’re always open to feedback and flexible with your ongoing cleaning needs
