The DuLong team was amazing. I hired them last minute for an office move in Downtown Boston. Kenneth was super professional, quick to respond, and very easy to work with. I was really nervous to hire movers as you hear so many horror stories, and since this was for work I needed everything to go smoothly. After reading other reviews, I decided to go with DuLong and it absolutely was the right choice. I even used them again a couple days later for another portion of the move, and again they were wonderful in all aspects. The first time I used them, I just needed help unloading a freight shipment. Kenneth and Mike were on time and even agreed to stick around when there was a question of another furniture delivery not being able to fit in our building's elevator. They stayed later than needed at my last minute request and were incredibly polite and understanding about it. Two days later I used them again and had them bring a truck to a FedEx freight center to pick up and deliver custom wood furniture. The three man crew were incredibly polite, quick and capable. I had zero fear about anything being damaged or going wrong. I could not be more thrilled to have found DuLong Moving and will 100% be using them again for all personal and professional moves.

Excellent experience. Received several phone calls earlier in the day keeping me updated on their time line so I knew exactly when to expect them. Arrived and went straight to work moving our stuff into a POD. Worked well, seemed to have packed things very methodically and carefully and seems well secured. Made the loading part of my move very stress free. Wish they were out in California to help me unload it. Thanks again!

Ken and his teammate Michael did a bang up job. They worked great together and were efficient, considerate and motivated. Not an easy job, 4th floor walk up with tight stair case. Definitely will be calling them when the lease is up.

I have worked in the moving business for 9 years (as of 2017). I learned many things not to do while working with another company before I started this one. I never stop learning and training in all aspects of the moving business.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Please consider what large items you have, what obstacles may there be that could add time and what pieces have more sentimental value that the movers could take extra time with?
