What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer all my prospective clients a free introductory call to ensure we’re a good match for each other. During this call, I’ll learn more about your needs and will give you an estimated time and money quote. It’s important to me that I work within your budget and timeline and will do everything I can to meet and exceed your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Myers-Briggs (MBTI) practitioner and hold a certificate in Human Resource Management along with MBA and MSOL degrees. I am currently working towards my doctorate in business (DBA).
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve had the pleasure of working with a diverse client population ranging in experience level and profession, although my sweet spot is entry-level and mid-career professionals working in the fields of healthcare, education, sales, marketing, HR and operations.
