Mike was very good in answering my questions in detail, before we scheduled the job. He arrived on time at 8:00 on Saturday with all the right equipment. Each treestump (about 24" diameter) took him about a couple of hours. He wasn't the least expensive company, but I appreciated that he thoroughly answered all my questions in detail which made me comfortable that he was the right guy for the project. Also, he only does stumpgrinding and no other tree or landscaping service. So this is his niche and he does it very well.

We had an awesome experience with MGR Property Services! Michael removed at least a dozen medium size stumps around our property. He was responsive and punctual and did a great job. I was amazed by how good everything looked after. You wouldn’t even know there were trees in those spots!

Michael from M.G.R. Property Services is a true professional. He was quick to respond to all my questions and arrived at my house right on time. His equipment was in great shape, and it was clear that safety is a top priority for him. Once the stumpgrinding was finished, he left the job site absolutely spotless. It was like the tree was never there. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend MGR to anyone needing stumpgrinding services.

Mike is wonderful to work with - responsive, professional, and kind. I contacted several landscape companies for stumpgrinding who all declined the job due to the difficulty with tight access to my backyard, but Mike was able to take on the job.
