The work was fine and they were quick to respond but I feel a bit ripped off. Charging $700 to run a snake down a drain is very expensive. The tech ran the snake down two more drains to make me feel like I got good service but I won’t be calling again. I can buy the same tools for less than that. I could have said no but I just wanted if done. Too bad, I could have been a repeat customer. Hit and run!

CSB plumbing installed a new sink, drain, and oven. Chris was quick to respond to all my texts and calls. He was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. My husband and I were THRILLED with his work. He could have overcharged us and done more work and did not. This guy is awesome. He is our forever plumber. I will be giving my tenants his number to call him. I HIGHLY recommend him. I had gone through two plumbers prior and nightmare experiences. I have a weight lifted off my chest now that I met him.

I am a remodeling contractor assigned to bringing a vacant 2 story house up to building code on the North Shore. The property had been abandoned before winter and caused severe water damage from frozen pipes. Several radiators, hidden pipes in the walls, water heater and heating system were all destroyed. Christopher was very patient and methodical in presenting a workable plan. And his price was quit reasonable. I deal with many trades people and Christopher is without hesitation now on my "A" list.
