Fabio has been training my 16yr old son for about 2 months. He is a college bound lacrosse player & since he started working with Fabio he has really noticed his strength and speed improve dramatically. He is more motivated than ever and likes how his body is changing. Fabio has taken a real interest in him as a person in every way and is helping him become the best he can be in and off the field. We are grateful for Fabio!

I have trained with Fabio for about 2 years. I am 48 years old and feel about 20 something inside. I have felt stronger and more confident in working out. Fabio has always challenged me to push myself when I felt I couldn't I actually think he knew me better then myself haha. He trains you to understand why you do certain movements or lifts . You learn to understand the muscles better and their needs. He has also taught me about nutrition NOT a diet but what exactally the body needs for food choices to their values and it starts to become second nature to read labels but mostly to eat clean and healthy. Fabio shows he really cares about his clients making sure your ok if you have to cancel and if hurt he helps you with ways to heal and I just love how he becomes a friend that you feel comfortable around. Mans I could never thank him enough for pushing me enough to feel confident enough to take on my first Rugged Maniacs and I may not have ran to my potential but I finished and I couldn't have been more proud of myself. So even now that he has moved he still is my trainer with his on line programming and he still is always checking in. Thank you so much Fabio for being a great trainer/ friend.

Can't say enough positive things. Fabio has been such a great trainer for me. At 48 , I was starting to give up..but he has made me think and feel diferent. He seems to geniunely care about my success and keeps me moving toward my goals. Your gonna get a good workout with Fabio. It's gonna hurt but your not going to get injured. He knows his stuff. I laugh alot ...struggle some ...sweat some ...hurt some...but I leave feeling energized and strong. I plan to stay with him as long as I can.

Fabio is the best motivational, knowledge based, informative, EXPERT on all topics including nutrition and exercise.
