Justin was great to work with! He was very professional, knowledgeable and finished the job in a timely matter. We had a lot of electrical that needed fixing in our house and everything he did was well done and they had very fair pricing. He was also able to come out in good timing and was very communicative. I have known Justin for many years even on a personal level, so when I bought my first house and knew our circuit breaker needed to be changed he was the first one to come to mind. He helped change out our whole panel as well as fix some outlets in our house. Justin did great work and we know that when our next project comes to he will be the one we call. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials required, and overall project complexity. We believe in fair, transparent pricing and provide clear estimates before any work begins.
We offer a 5% senior discount, as well as a 5% discount for military members, first responders (fire and police), and healthcare workers. Discounts may not be combined and are applied at the time of billing.
Every job is different, so pricing may vary depending on the size and specific requirements of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s needs and the scope of the project, either over the phone or on site. From there, we evaluate the work required and provide a clear, upfront estimate. Once approved, we schedule the job at a time that works best for the customer.
On the day of service, we arrive on time, complete the work efficiently and safely, and keep the customer informed throughout the process. After the job is finished, we review the work with the customer, answer any questions, and make sure everything meets their expectations before closing out the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal electrical training and hands-on experience in both residential and commercial electrical work. My background includes on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and ongoing education to stay current with electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices. I am fully licensed and insured, and I take pride in delivering safe, high-quality work that meets or exceeds industry standards.
