Max was great! He had a challenge working with my little spinet, which had not been tuned in years. He explained and showed us that the bridge was pulling away from the sounding board which accounted for the dull sound to keys in the lower register. If we are able to fix that problem he said he would come back to tune the remaining affected lower keys. Max was very pleasant and obviously skilled and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!!
