Our water heater failed so we called and spoke to George he came out right away diagnosed the problem and installed a Rinnai tankless water heater his price was fair and he explained about the maintenance that is required he even registered the Rinnai and provided us with a rebate form all I can say is wow I will definitely use him again

George came out immediately after being contacted and took the time to figure out my heating issue. He was thorough, extremely polite, and affordable. My issue ended up being a gas company problem and he stayed until crews were on site to fix the issue. Definately recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm mostly hourly with a $145 first hour charge and $105 per hour there after and I also have fixed pricing on larger jobs like water heaters, boilers, AC systems and furnaces
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a phone call then a site visit to see what the problem is
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly going to school for continuing education and different vendor supplied training classes
