FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use upfront, flat-rate pricing whenever possible, so you will know the cost before work begins. For service calls, our technician will evaluate the problem, explain the findings, and provide repair options based on the condition of the system and the work required. Pricing reflects professional labor, licensed technicians, proper testing, quality materials, insurance, warranties, and the equipment needed to complete the job correctly. Home Care Club members may also receive preferred pricing and other membership benefits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what is happening in your home and scheduling the right technician for the job. When we arrive, we inspect the system, identify the cause of the problem, and explain what we found in clear terms. Before beginning repairs, we provide options and upfront pricing so you can make an informed decision. Once the work is approved, we complete the repair, test the system, clean the work area, and review the completed work with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company employs trained and licensed plumbing, heating, and air conditioning professionals. Our qualifications include plumbing and gasfitting licenses, sheet metal licensing, oil burner licensing in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and EPA certification for handling refrigerants. Our technicians also receive ongoing manufacturer, safety, technical, and customer-service training to stay current with modern plumbing and HVAC equipment.
