- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Home Inspection fees are based on the age of the home, the square footage and whether it is a single or multi-family. We also offer ancillary services such as Radon air testing, pest inspections for FHA/VA forms and water quality testing for additional fees. Please contact us directly for the most accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our home inspectors are fully licensed and insured in the state of Massachusetts. We have completed all of the mandatory training requirements and we continue to participate in ongoing training and education in the home inspection industry. We also partner with other industry professionals in specialty fields such as Pest Management, Electrical and plumbing contracting, Lead inspections, Radon mitigation, builders and masons as needed.
