- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly attend industry seminars and attend private investigator events. Also, I constantly review private investigator blogs, pertinent case law, and read trade publications, such as PI Magazine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After completing an enlistment tour in the U.S. Navy, I obtained a Criminal Justice degree from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell. I began working for a national private investigation firm shortly after graduation. At the time, I was considering applying for jobs to become a federal agent. I quickly discovered that I loved the challenge of working as a private investigator. I found my passion, and over the years the job has become more interesting and exciting as I constantly learn and seek to improve.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common work I do is surveillance for adultery investigations and insurance fraud investigations.
