Margaret and Kim are incredible! They helped me organize four closets that I thought were hopeless because I live in a smaller older house - I was so wrong. Peace and order has returned and I will be able to keep it that way. They are kind, funny and understand how homes can get a little crazy. They came up with creative solutions to make my life and space work better. Highly recommend. They also gave me ideas how to improve other areas of my house.

&Sorted helped me organize my walk-in closet and the transformation has been a game-changer for me. Before, I couldn't see most of the crap, my floor was covered, the stuff I wanted to get to was not easily accessible. With their help, I was able to reduce (by a LOT) the amount of crap I'd been hoarding, and now I can see everything, and my most often reached for items are easily seen and accessible. LOVE IT.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is hourly per organizer. Professional fees include in-home consultation, sourcing/shopping for products, organizing sessions, and time to remove donation items. We charge for professional fees and any products used.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation Depending on the project scope, we start with an in-home visit to view the space, take measurements, and discuss our client's goals. We then schedule the organizing session. Product Sourcing Next, we source and purchase products that we anticipate using. Organizing Session During the session, we will declutter, categorize the items, and replace them using the sourced products (if needed). Donations We will take away up to one carload of donations per session.
