- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is hourly per organizer. Professional fees include in-home consultation, sourcing/shopping for products, organizing sessions, and time to remove donation items. We charge for professional fees and any products used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation Depending on the project scope, we start with an in-home visit to view the space, take measurements, and discuss our client's goals. We then schedule the organizing session. Product Sourcing Next, we source and purchase products that we anticipate using. Organizing Session During the session, we will declutter, categorize the items, and replace them using the sourced products (if needed). Donations We will take away up to one carload of donations per session.
