About
Innov Builders is a local general contractor based in Wakefield, MA (not a franchise), with our own crew handling complete bathroom, kitchen and basement remodels, decks and home additions across the North Shore and Greater Boston. 14 years in construction, 500+ projects completed, licensed (MA HIC 212869 and CSL CS-108151) and fully insured, backed by a 3-year workmanship warranty.
We focus on complete remodels and additions, not small repairs. Every project starts with an in-home visit and a detailed written estimate, and you get one point of contact from start to finish, with weekly updates while we build. Our team helps you choose every finish before work begins, so you always know what goes into your home. Tell us your budget range when you request your free estimate and we will show you options that fit it.

Very satisfied with the work they completed. They were very responsive to our requests to complete multiple small projects, that were parts of larger projects, and added up to a lot of work. They didn't require being hired to do the whole larger projects.
Details: Walls • Door • Deck, porch, or balcony • Application of finishes (sanding, staining, painting) • Residential

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Innov Builders, every estimate is based on the real scope of your project: materials, design and size. Estimates are free and detailed, with labor and materials clearly separated, and we can show 2 or 3 options at different price points. We focus on complete remodels, so we are usually not the best fit for small repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we follow a simple and straightforward process to ensure your project runs smoothly:
Initial Consultation: We start with a free consultation to understand your vision, needs, and budget. This can be done in person or virtually, depending on your preference.
Project Assessment & Quote: After the consultation, we assess the scope of the work, take measurements, and provide a detailed, transparent quote, outlining costs for materials and labor.
Design & Planning: Once the quote is approved, we collaborate with you on finalizing the design details, timelines, and materials selection. This phase ensures we’re aligned on the project goals.
Construction & Updates: During the build, our team keeps you updated on progress, maintaining open communication and addressing any questions you may have. We prioritize quality craftsmanship and adherence to deadlines.
Final Walkthrough & Completion: After the project is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any minor adjustments or touch-ups are handled promptly.
Follow-up & Support: We offer follow-up support to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the result. Your happiness with our work is our top priority!
Before any work starts, we walk you through every finish (tile, fixtures, cabinets, flooring) so you choose with our guidance and there are no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings 14 years of residential construction experience. Innov Builders holds a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration (HIC 212869) and our supervisor holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL CS-108151). Our crew is OSHA 30 trained, and every project is managed by our own team, never subcontracted out as a whole.
