Eduardo was very responsive from the beginning. I posted my job on Thumbtack just to get an idea what my costs would be. I hadn't even decided if I would build it yet. Several vendors responded but in addition to responding, Eduardo wanted to come over, see the place, and make sure he was helping me through the initial decision making.. This was very helpful to me and helped me sort through the various quotes I got. Any questions I had he responded. And just talking too him, he exuded an air of confidence that inspired trust. I was not disappointed.. After successful HOA approval, city design review and permit approval (no easy feat.. took over a month for city to schedule us in), Eduardo showed up with his carpenter, Claudio, who would be the expert carpenter he found to execute. Claudio was amazing. He immediately attacked the job with a professionalism and passion I have never seen in construction. The pergola is in Ipe wood.. The hardest wood there is. Claudio loves to work with wood and although Ipe can be difficult to work with he is able to handle it with no problems. Eduardo was in communication every step of the way. In fact I went on vacation and got weekly updates with pictures. During the process Claudio had many ideas how to make it better than the original. Eduardo supported this process and allowed Claudio to do his very best. The end result speaks for itself. I've had several friends come over and admire their work and some of them will most likely hire Eduardo for their next project. Finally, once final inspection was done, Eduardo explained to me that due to his desire to do the job right, he didn't make as much as he anticipated but he wanted to be clear that even so he stood by his original estimate. This is a fantastic general contractor to work with in my opinion. Rarely is construction delivered better than you anticipate.

Eduardo tore down the existing front porches on my two family home, and rebuilt them. Eduardo was extremely attentive to my need to get the work on my porches done before winter set in. He finished the work on time, and he was always responsive to my questions and concerns. The price quoted was fair, somewhere in the middle of other quotes I received from other contractors, but he didn't charge me more when there were some unexpected add-on costs, and I really appreciated that. The quality of the work is excellent, and I look forward to hiring him again on other large projects that I need done.

We are remodeling our kitchen. Eduardo is an excellent communicator. He always returns our calls/text msg. Mistakes were made earlier. They forgot to seal our bedroom door during the demolition. Thankfully, Eduardo himself clean the bedroom afterward. Cement were dripping through the basement causing a mess in our basement. They promised to replace the insulation in the basement (We trust they'll keep their promise). This is our first major project. So it was a bit frustrating at first. But it's getting better as it progress. We added other little projects around the house, i.e. painting the hallway, replace doors, etc. Work is still in progress.... They do a good job so far.

Eduardo's team came in to a tough situation and helped ressurect a project that was left in shambles by another GC. His flexibility to get his team onsite to pick up and move the job forward was very much appreciated. His quality was great and the subs were great too.
