NESTM has been great to work with. From the beginning they were punctual and helpful. They also were the most prompt in supplying a quote that was very reasonable.

The project is a full house remodel and Obie and his team were able to step in and clean up the mess from the last contractor and help me complete this. Their work is top quality and their suggestions from previous projects are invaluable.

I am looking forward to working with NESTM for many projects in the future

They do a good job but not great. Their vision for renovating my property was great but the execution could have been better. After installing new tile for example, they painted the walls and spilled the paint on the brand tile. At one point, they were juggling too many projects at once so they didn't show up at my property for a month.

I wish I could have given them 0 stars. I have had an appointment for 2 weeks. The appointment was set for 2pm today, and it was 205pm so I figured that I would give a courtesy call.... The man answered and said he was on another job, and that he could get there in 30. I had to take time from work to meet them, and they no call, no showed.

Communication, especially in what would equate to a 20-30,000$ job, is of the outmost importance. Communication was awful.

He did say that he got into an accident yesterday, which is unfortunate. Just pick up the phone and let me know, and we could have rescheduled. Instead, they lost this job, and I am extremely frustrated that I took time out of my work day, to meet a company that doesn’t even have the decency or sense of mind to let me know their current situation. There is no excuse for this.
