Excellent job from beginning to end. The project that Top Quality Remodeling took on was to tear down and rebuild my front porches on my 3 family house in Somerville. Estimate for work was detailed, fairly priced and provided within 5 days. Workers where professional, hard working and paid attention to detail and provided a finished product that me and my family asked for. Vill Santos "The Boss" provided excellent customer sevice by being on site when needed...stayed in constant in constant contact by phone or text (always responded to my text) and adjusted any issues me or family had with no questions asked. In the end, My family and I where very happy with our porches and feel like we got a quality job that was worth the money we paid. I would recommend Top Quality Remodeling for any home project.

Top Quality Remodeling (Vill Santos and his team) tore down our old porch and added a new porch to our house in Melrose. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. On time, on budget and super professional and hard working. The porch is beautiful - all the neighbors have stopped by to tell us they love it. Even my mother-in-law was impressed by them, and she's a tough customer!

I recommend Vill Santos' company, Top Quality Remodeling. Our condo building's roof and deck replacement went smoothly and the end result looks great! Vill Santos is very responsive and well-versed about Boston's permitting requirements. Also, it was clear that our roofer, Marcos, takes a lot of pride in his work, which speaks to me. Every member of Top Quality Remodeling's team was prompt, hardworking, friendly and courteous. Any questions or issues along the way were addressed, and Vill has made sure the three owners in our association were completely happy with all the work done.

Terrific! Vill and his team finished my 1200 SF basement with wetbar, play room, media room and bathroom. He and his team were diligent, efficient, and did an exceptional job. The basement looks amazing - I highly recommend Top Quality.

We are halfway through a 2-bathroom renovation and have been very happy with Vill and Top Quality Remodeling so far. Carlos, Marcos, and Jules are always prompt, respectful of our home, and do very good work. Vill and his team have also been very patient dealing with a particularly difficult condo neighbor, which we really appreciate.
