- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the space, the type of cleaning needed, and how often the service is scheduled. I offer discounts for recurring cleanings, like weekly or biweekly, and there may be extra fees for deep cleaning or special requests. I’m always upfront with pricing, so there are no surprises
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start with a new customer, I usually begin with a quick consultation—either over the phone or in person—to understand their cleaning needs, preferences, and schedule. Then I walk through the space, discuss any specific requests, and provide a quote. Once everything is agreed on, I set up the first cleaning and make sure to follow up to ensure they’re happy with the service
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken a couple of cleaning-related training classes to improve my skills, including proper techniques and using the right products with the company i work for
