We had a great experience with COUGHLIN MASONRY RESTORATION. Steve Coughlin assessed the work that had to be done,gave us a fair price, and did an excellent job. Our house is over 100 years old, and not surprisingly, there were some surprises, like a solid concrete set of stairs that must have weighed a couple of tons that had to be cut up and disposed of. No one wanted to touch it, but Steve took care of it at a fair price. He rebuilt two chimneys, refaced the brick in front of our house, including repairing a corner that would soon have become a structural problem, and skim coated the foundation. It all looks great, and the entire experience was pleasant. We may get Steve to waterproof our basement this winter when his other work slows down. A+ rating!
