- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$105 / hr per 2 movers and truck. $140 / hr per 3 movers crew and truck. 3 hours minimum, including 1 hr travel time. No fuel charge, no charge for tape. We charge a small fee for boxes and other packing materials. Modern Upright Piano flat rate starts from $350- 400 if its easy to do and close to our base. Grand Piano flat rate starts from $550. Again if its easy to do and close to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always try to explain all the details of every particular case of moving to the customer. We always stay in touch with customer, and let him know when any changes occur before the moving date. Customer can go to our website and calculate the basic price of his move using our moving calculator. Then, we are sending to him personalized email with all the info, or calling him asking for additional information required. Then, if the customer wants to schedule the job, he should call our office and confirm it. Day before the moving, we do confirmation call to the customer.
