I have hired Anthony to install a Modem for me and he came in, did a good job, and my system continues running the way it was set up before. The only thing this small job was overpriced! He told me ahead of time that he charged $85 per hour and 10% discount for first time customers. I previously spoke with a Technician where I bought the Modem and I was told the maximum time to install a Modem is 20 minutes and that was the reason I accepted him to come in! Unfortunately, it took 1 hour and half to install the Modem and make sure the system continue to function, as it was previously, which cost $127.50 and as he promised 10% was applied and the final cost was $114.75 to install a printer.

Here is the breakdown of service: Tech for Network support setup & configure new Modem Time: 1.5hrs @ $85/hrs Tech for additional configuration for T95E PLUS Modem Did not charge Tech for consultation fee Applied to Service per hour SUBTOTAL $127.50 1st time service 10% Discount applied -$12.75 TOTAL $114.75 Its unfortunate that the time exceeded but client added additional services to review and tech has unconditionally accepted to assist in helping client to resolve.

I would have selected Value and Punctuality too as Fulltec Consultants LLC hit the mark on those items as well. Hands down one of the better companies that I have worked with for our customers' staffing needs. I have tough clients in Japan with offices in the US, they hold high, high standards and expect all details of the installation/upgrade to be met. Anthony and his team were spot on, and client asked specifically for them when there were additional upgrades needed.
