My computer was down and I was desperate. PC Medic answered my call, did an office visit, sorted out the problem, fixed the problem and had me up in running in a matter of hours. I live in Maine, but my daughter is going to school at Gordon College. I was very fortunate to select Matt on "Thumbtack". Although I have never personally met Matt, he has been very professional, responded promptly to my inquiries and has been up front with me about the cost of the repairs needed. Matt was also willing to go out of his way to meet my daughter at the campus to pick-up her computer. When the repairs were completed Matt delivered the computer back to my daughter on campus. I am very grateful for Matt's willingness to go above and beyond just repairing the computer. He also gave my daughter a power cord that he had at his office because my daughter's was not working properly. I also asked Matt if he could take care of the pop-ups that were interfering with the computer and he did so with a minimal fee. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone that is having computer problems. If, my daughter ever has computer problems again Matt will be the first person I will contact. Matt was successful with correcting Windows10 related issues on laptop hard drive. It took multiple passes of a software debugging app. He arrived promptly and worked on it extensively. I would highly recommend him.

Matt was hired to transfer the programs and data from a computer being replaced to a new one. He did the job and was easy to work with. What he also did was quickly solve another problem we were having with our company server that two other organizations had not solved even though they spent quite a bit of time on it. I will be using Matt again for our computer IT needs.

Make sure that your quotes have some detail in them and ask questions. The forms cannot, in most cases, cover everything we need to give accurate quotes. The professional should have a couple questions as well.
