- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Social Media Service is a fixed-rate service. You know exactly what you are paying before we start. The investment covers your pre-shoot strategy session, the full shoot day, editing, and captions. For businesses that want ongoing monthly content, we offer a retainer option. Pricing is shared during your first conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short discovery call to understand your business, your audience, and what you want your content to do. From there, we build your content strategy and shoot plan before the camera ever turns on. On shoot day, we come to your location (Massachusetts and NH only) and film everything in one session. After that, my team handles editing and captions. You receive your content ready to post.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Master Coach trained in NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapy, which shapes how I communicate and how I help business owners show up confidently on camera. Beyond certifications, I have built and sold two businesses in the United States, which means I understand content from the business owner's side, not just the marketing side. I have also managed the digital presence of Beauty service-based businesses, growing one location's Google reviews from 20 to 239 in less than a year.
